Join us for the first event under our new initiative: Emerging Ideas. We hope this inspires a user-centric approach in your design work as we explore how quickly interactive experiences are evolving off of the computer and right into our hands.
Dana Farbo, President of acrossair, will talk about the company, the design and development of their new mobile applications that are among the first to utilize augmented reality technology in combination with the magnetic compass found in the iPhone 3GS. Among other uses, (mobile) augmented reality is a technology that’s intimately tied with your location and that can access information sources that will improve your understanding of how to reach your destination.
